- Discussing policy implementation, strategic planning, and constitution and by-laws
- Assisting in planning Board Retreat improving an organization as a whole
Tasks we want to accomplish this year:
- Developing Risk Management Protocol
- Discussing and implementing fundamental policies
- Reviewing by-laws and constitution
Time commitment: One meeting per month

- Providing a second set of eyes on recruitments, policies, and other board materials
- Reviewing and providing solutions to employee relations scenarios
- Assisting with developing the talent pipeline for employees and board members, interviews and screening
Time commitment: 1 hour per week (outside of meetings)
