Don’t have the necessary qualifications to volunteer as a swimming instructor? We would love to have you join our team as a committee member. We are looking for volunteers to assist with fundraising, event planning, and more.

We are looking for a Volunteer Board Development Committee Member!

Are you passionate about policies and strategic planning for a cause?

Do you have experience in the following areas?

  • Discussing policy implementation, strategic planning, and constitution and by-laws
  • Assisting in planning Board Retreat improving an organization as a whole

Tasks we want to accomplish this year:

  • Developing Risk Management Protocol
  • Discussing and implementing fundamental policies
  • Reviewing by-laws and constitution

Time commitment: One meeting per month

We are looking a Volunteer Finance Committee Member!

Are you a recent CPA who is passionate about accounting for a cause?

Do you have experience in the following areas?

  • Overseeing preparation and compilation of financial records
  • Presenting results with analysis
  • Reviewing and recommending operational efficiencies and best practices

Time Commitment: One hour per week

  • Planning and executing fundraising events
  • Developing fundraising initiatives

We are looking for a Volunteer HR Committee Member!

Are you passionate about human resources for a cause?

Do you have experience in the following areas?

  • Providing a second set of eyes on recruitments, policies, and other board materials
  • Reviewing and providing solutions to employee relations scenarios
  • Assisting with developing the talent pipeline for employees and board members, interviews and screening

Time commitment: 1 hour per week (outside of meetings)
